I was disappointed by the terrible wifi connection, hard to plan my days. I found the lobby smelled quite strongly of smoke, not pleasant, especially when we came back to the room. I expected more from the room's comfort, but it felt rather subpar overall.

Perfect, good location in the middle of jackson. A microwave oven, a fridge, and a laptop in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

the accommodation was great with affable staff. liked the rooms, they were reasonably large with mirrors on the ceiling. the location offered was good near golden gai and shinjuku station.

I recommend utilizing the earplugs they provide, as noise from the corridor can occasionally filter in, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic and reasonably large with all the essentials provided, a great bed plus mirrors, that's all we needed. The location was in a comfy and unbeatable spot for our trip. There was lots of restaurants and bars nearby to try.

convenient access to landmarks and lovely park strolls

during my stay, I loved how close the Samurai Museum was, just a quick 5-minute walk away, and the beautiful cherry blossom viewing area was less than a 15-minute stroll, making my city walks lovely.

The spacious room featured a separate mini bar and great toiletries, enhancing our comfort. The soundproofing allowed us to enjoy karaoke without disturbing others. The vibe was unique, and the location in Shinjuku added to our experience, although we needed to exchange the room key too often.

I loved staying in the Beautiful Queen Room! The massage chair was heavenly after long days of exploring. The water they use is so soft it transformed my shower routine into a spa experience.

Spacious room featured a massive 6ft circular bed and a hot tub. The karaoke setup allowed for fun at any hour, and the included toiletries were of great quality. Although the nightlife area could get loud, the atmosphere felt safe and lively.

Our room was loaded with cool features like a massage chair and Bluetooth TV. The jacuzzi was a game-changer!

The kids enjoyed the movie setup in our room and bonding with us over a fun family movie night. Plus, the giant bed.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities.

Location is ideal, just a short stroll from popular spots like Golden Gai. The amenities were great, with a spacious bathroom with a hot tub and a giant bed for a cozy stay. The karaoke system was a fun bonus for midnight entertainment!
